Mission Statement

Saddleback Valley Conservative Women’s Network is dedicated to advancing Republican and conservative principles, empowering women through education, engagement, and fellowship. We work to inform our members and community on key issues, support and elect Republican candidates at all levels of government, and promote policies that strengthen our nation, protect individual freedoms, and uphold the Constitution. Through dynamic speakers, community involvement, and charitable outreach, we foster a network of like-minded women committed to making a positive impact in our local communities and beyond.

David Pan’s parents immigrated to the United States from Taiwan, and he was born and raised in Chicago. He attended Stanford University for college and Columbia University for graduate school. He has worked at Washington University in St. Louis, Stanford University, Pennsylvania State University, and, since 2006, at UC Irvine as a professor of German.

Laura Bassett is a lifelong Oceanside resident, business owner, and community leader with a background in accounting, real estate, and fiduciary services. Sheriff Chad Bianco is a proven leader whose life has been dedicated to service. For more than three decades, he has protected California families and stood shoulder-to shoulder with the men and women who keep our communities safe. Rising from academy honors to lead one of America’s largest sheriff’s departments, Chad earned a reputation for clear-eyed decision-making, fiscal responsibility, and results stabilizing budgets, rebuilding partnerships with local agencies, and strengthening staffing while navigating crises from civil unrest to natural disasters.
